The song's plot is about a 15-year-old girl (Joni, sung by Joni Lee) who develops a crush on a 22-year-old neighbor of her family (Jimmy, of which part was sung by the elder Conway Twitty). Despite Joni begging in a love letter to Jimmy to "please say you'll wait for me" so that they may someday get married, and pleading fidelity in the meantime ("Saving all my kisses just for you, signed with love forever true"), Jimmy goes over to Joni's house to explain their age differences and that he needs to find a suitable wife now. Joni is brought to tears with this realization.
Later in the song, Jimmy moves away and tries to find the woman of his dreams, but Joni's words ("Jimmy please say you'll wait for me, I'll grow up someday you'll see") are burned into his mind. Five years pass, and Jimmy realizes that Joni — although seven years his junior — may be the girl he was looking for all along. Jimmy decides to go back to his hometown, look up Joni and try to start a relationship ... only to realize his own heartbreak: Joni has married Jimmy's best friend, John.

When I first watch the movie Atonement, it steals my heart for couple of days. I still remember the pleasured memory in my heart. Its really a different movie to me because of having the best screenplay. It is a love story of Cecilia( elder daughter of Tallis family) and Robbie (who is son of the Tallis family housekeeper), played by Keira Knightley and James McAvoy. I must say both were superb in their character. The love story had not a happy ending though I love the love story.

I love to read beautiful quotation and when it is about 'life' then it's so inspirational to me. One of my favorite quotation about 'life' is- "Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get." I heard this quote from one of the greatest movie in this world name "Forrest Gump". I think you all can guess that, it is my favorite. Yes, I love the character of Forrest Gump which is lead by my favorite actor Tom Hanks. The 1994 movie is based on the novel of the same name. Tom Hanks got the Academy Awards from this role.

Yesterday night I saw a psychological thriller and horror film named Black Swan. The movie starring Natalie Portman, Vincent Cassel, and Mila Kunis. Natalie played somewhat psycho role here. She was really superb in her act. She is called Nina here. She dances and dances and try to be the swan queen. After trying four years practice she got the chance and become crazy to win the race. But suddenly she finds a dark side to herself. Thus the story goes. To know rest of the story watch the movie. To me, it is sweet and sour.

What's Eating Gilbert Grape is one of my favorite drama film that I can't forget.The awesome movie was filmed in 1993 and it was adapted from 1991 novel of the same name. The movie starring Johnny Depp, Juliette Lewis and Leonardo DiCaprio. The movie is based on the relationship of family members. How much love and affection a person can hold in his mind for his dearest one.


The story is about Gilbert Grape who lives in a small town of Endora. Gilbert is busy caring for his mentally challenged brother Arnie as they wait for the many tourists' trailers to pass through town during their yearly camp ritual at a nearby recreational area. His mother, Bonnie is morbidly obese after years of depression following her husband's suicide. With Bonnie unable to care for them by herself, Gilbert has taken responsibility for repairing their shanty of a farmhouse while looking after Arnie, who has a habit of climbing up the town water tower if left unsupervised for too long, all while his older sister Amy and younger sister Ellen slave away in the kitchen.


The relationship between the brothers is one of care and protection. The movie is heart touching. It touches my heart so deeply. I just love the acting of young Leonardo DiCaprio. His tremendous acting makes a scratch on our heart. Take a look in the trailer here.

As I told earlier that all the sequel of Ice Age is just awesome. Anyone can extremely enjoy the movie whether the viewers  are children or adults. No doubt. But when it is Ice Age 3 you definitely need to sit tied for a long lasting laugh. The third part of this movie sequel released in 2009. The story starts when we see Ellie is pregnant and Manny is worried about her. Sid grows jealous of Manny and Ellie and adopts three apparently abandoned eggs that he finds in an icy underground cavern. Thus the story starts.


And at last but not the least how can I forget the most funny part of this movie? Its the saber-toothed squirrel Scrat who does everything he can to retrieve his precious acorn. But this time, he falls in love with his female counterpart Scratte with the song 'You'll Never Find Another Love Like Mine' by Lou Rawls playing in the background. The two eventually fall in love after Scrat saves her from falling to her death in the lava river while she is unconscious. Watch out their love story in Ice Age 3.
